Are you looking for Biodiversity offset Credit? At BCB we aim to help you to find the BioCredit you need.
Under NSW State legislation(the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 and the Biodiversity Conservation Regulation 2017), any person or organisation undertaking a project (residential or commercial) that will have a biodiversity impact or require clearing of more than .5 ha / 1.5 acres / 5,000 m2 of land will be required to provide an offset using an equivalent or greater amount of biodiversity credits.
